At Hacienda Cazadero
We are able to provide transportation from the Hacienda to San Juan del Rio.
Getting there
Flying in: Flying into Mexico City is the most affordable way to get to the Hacienda, however one can also fly into Queretaro (QRO) which is the closest airport 40 minutes away.

Getting to the Hacienda by bus from the airport:
In case you are not renting a car, there is also the option to travel by bus directly from the airport bus terminal (inside the airport) to the city of San Juan del Rio or the city of Queretaro.
There is only one daily bus to San Juan del Rio from the Airport ( at 5:55pm from Terminal 1 and 6:15pm from Terminal 2). Depending on your arrival time it may make more sense to grab the bus to Queretaro as there are buses leaving the airport to Queretaro hourly. There is no need to pre-book tickets, they can be purchased directly at the bus terminal inside the airport.
In case you are not staying at Queretaro but at San Juan del Rio, or at the Hacienda. Queretaro there is a regular bus to San Juan del Rio. At both these cities Uber is available.
Transportation between San Juan del Rio and the Hacienda:
If you are staying in San Juan del Rio we can provide transportation to and from the Hacienda in case you are not renting a car, alternatively there is also Uber available.

Accommodations
There are several accommodation options near the Hacienda.
San Juan del Rio is the nearest city to the Hacienda and although its not a very beautiful city, it is the most convenient. Aside from the historical city center there is not much else to see.
If you would like to stay somewhere where you can walk out and experience a colonial Mexican city with restaurants, markets and cafes, we then recommend you stay in Queretaro or Tequisquiapan both a 45 minute drive from the Hacienda, only convenient if you rent a car.
We understand that the journey to come is a big one, and although we have limited capacity to host everyone overnight at the Hacienda itself, if accommodation is a cost prohibitive factor for you, please reach out and we will find a way to accommodate you.

In San Juan del Rio: 20 minute drive: If you stay in San Juan del Rio we can provide transportation to and from the Hacienda, and then to tequisquiapan and back on Sunday.

Saturday August 12,2023 – Hacienda Cazadero
Due to weather precautions concerning evening rain, we have shifted the schedule for the ceremony to take place earlier in the day.
2:30pm – 3pm Welcome, please make sure to arrive latest at 3pm
3:15pm Ceremony
4pm Cocktail & Canapes
5pm Early Dinner and Dancing

Sunday August 13,2023 – Tequisquiapan
6:00pm – 8pm Goodbye Apperitivo at Origens Restaurant in Tequisquiapan. Address: C. Niños Heroes 30, Centro, 76750 Tequisquiapan, Qro.

Monday to Tuesday August 14 – 15,2023 – Tolantongo Hidalgo
This is not part of the wedding plans but a few of us will go to the hot thermal natural park of Tolantogo the Monday after the wedding. Whoever wants to join is more than welcome. Accomodation there is very basic and unfortunately rooms reservations are not available but we will have someone from the wedding party get there early enough to book the rooms needed for anyone who wants to join, its aproximately 50€ per night per bedroom.
